For Prayer
Lord, thank you for the beautiful precious gift you have given me today.
This lovely new day is mine to value and to care for; or mine to despoil and destroy.
Please help me to live this day in a manner to keep it beautiful.
Let me use it for the purpose for which you have given it to me, and enjoy the wonder of it.
Mission Prayer Request
Give thanks for the progress being made in the translation of God’s word into the languages of the Guera Region of Chad. Some of the New Testaments are now in circulation and are being well used in the churches. Old Testament translation is beginning in some of them and Genesis was being checked in at least one of these last month. Pray for God’s word to be accepted in the language areas where no churches yet exist.
